Vrysoudia Beach
Vrysoudia Beach is situated about 8 km from the center of Protaras in the Famagusta district of Cyprus.
In the Cypriot dialect the name of the beach Vrysoudia or Crystal Springs refers to the small natural water sources, (vrysi in Greek stands for drinking fountain) which according to the locals flow into the area and renew the sea around the beach.
The sandy beach Vrysoudia is 120 meters long and 25 meters wide and is considered mainly a family bay, offering relaxing holidays and fun, along with underwater discoveries among the rocks.
The palm trees and bougainvillea of the surrounding hotels reach almost all the way to the Vrysoudia beach, where you will also find sun loungers and umbrellas, if you choose this particular shore. Showers and other services are available in the nearby accommodation and dining facilities.
