Kryoneri Beach

Kryoneri beach is the last beach along the coast of the village Kato Pyrgos Tillyrias in the region of Nicosia in Cyprus.

The artesian water of the region passes from here underground and finally flows into the sea of Krioneri beach, giving the coast its name (kryo nero stands for cold water in Greek). Here you can rent sun loungers, which are provided by the beach bar located right above the beach, and swim in the company of your dog.

Although not one of the most famous summer destinations, at walking distance from Kryoneri beach there are several accommodations to choose from, as well as several fish taverns, restaurants and coffee-bars, for those who prefer a more relaxing vacation and peace and quiet by the sea.
