Kourion Beach

Kourion Beach or Agiou Ermogeni is located in Episkopi Bay of Limassol in the homonymous province of Cyprus and at about 18 km from the center of Limassol.

With a length of approximately one kilometer, Kourion Beach is covered with sand and pebbles and its waters, of various shades of blue, have been awarded with the Blue Flag, creating a contrasting color palette with the surrounding white hills. The area, due to the strong winds blowing there, is a favorite of windsurfers worldwide.

Kourion Beach is fully organized, and here you will find sun loungers and umbrellas, toilets, showers, changing rooms, as well as several fish taverns, while from April to October there are lifeguards on duty. Moreover, the coast provides some facilities for the disabled.

Within walking distance form the Kourion Beach there are shops and accommodation facilities, and just one kilometer away you will find Kourion, which had a big part in the entire royal and ancient history of the island, with its famous Greek-Roman amphitheater.

Access to Kourion Beach is easy by any means of transportation, and there is space available for parking.
