Farmhouse of Agia Napa
The Farmhouse of Agia Napa (Agrotospito Agias Napas) is one of the sites of culture of the homonymous city in Famagusta in Cyprus, located on the central square, operating at the same time as a folklore museum.
Enriched with all the necessary household equipment and agricultural equipment of the past years the Farmhouse of Agia Napa represents an authentic traditional rural home of the 19th century. Within it, the visitor can see old objects such as loom, carved wardrobes and bedside tables, tall bed with embroidered linens of that time, the painted decorative plates, the stone mill, and more. The Farmhouse of Agia Napa plays a key role in the three-day event of Agia Napa Festival, when in its forecourt take place demonstrations of the preparation of traditional Cypriot dishes. In the context of these events, municipal authorities have also printed special forms informing the world about in detail about the production processes of every product used.
