Diving Spot Mavrospilios

Besides the famous shipwrecks of Cyprus, there are many other interesting diving spots like the diving spot Mavrospilios in Larnaca province, at the eastern part of Xylophagos shore, in cape Pylas.

An unknown to most diving destination, the diving spot Mavrospiliosis, a small underwater sea cave with stalactites and stalagmites is a special underwater experience. The three entrances to the cave are in a steep area, 3 meters below the water level and lead to the same place, while in the cave vault little formations of limestone are distinguished.

Access to the diving spot Mavrospilios is by boat while up to five people can dive together.
