Dasoudi Polis Beach
Dasoudi Polis Beach is located east of the port of Latchi in the Paphos district, and is approximately one kilometer north of the Local Archaeological Museum Mariou-Arsinoe and the center of Polis.
On its western side, the Dasoudi Polis beach is adjacent to the beach Kataskinotikou xorou Polis, and is not organized. It got its name (dasos in Greek stands for forest) from the small eucalyptus forest in front of the shore, and it has been awarded the Blue Flag many times.
It is considered one of the most bohemian beaches of Paphos and is ideal for camping. Dasoudi Polis beach is a shore with dark sand and pebbles, and in the wider area you will find water sports facilities, sun loungers and umbrellas for rent. The beach also offers facilities for people with mobility problems. During the summer there are lifeguards on duty and at stone’s throw there are many accommodation and dining services.
Access to Dasoudi Polis beach is easy by any means of transportation. Moreover, within walking distance from this beach begin short cruises to Akamas and the exotic shores of Cyprus, such as the Blue Lagoon Paphos and the beach Fontana Amorosa.
