Armyropigado Beach

Armyropigado beach or Scouts club beach as it is also called, can be found almost at the beginning of the buffer zone, located in the Kapari area, and is about 8 km from Protaras in the Famagusta district of Cyprus.

Hidden from view by the reeds surrounding it and covered with golden sand, the beach has shallow waters and many rocks on both sides. The small Armyropigado is said to have got its name from a well with salty water (armyro pigadi means exactly that in Greek) and is a partially organized beach, offering bathers only a few sun loungers and umbrellas – and at the same time a peaceful holiday.

Also known as the beach of Scouts, as it is situated close to a Scout camping site, visitors to the beach Armyropigado, even though it is fairly isolated, can find whatever they need at the MMAD beach which can be easily reached on foot, as it is about 400 meters away.
