Meleti Forest
The Meleti forest is one of the natural attractions of Cyprus, located about 1 kilometer north of Agios Georgios Pegeias in Paphos province.
In an area of 190 acres the Meleti forest, like the Pegeia forest, is a state property and part of the touristic town Pegeia, the residents of which have the opportunity to enjoy the forest often.
Finally, the green complex of the Akamas cape consists of the Akamas forest, Pegeia forest, and the Meleti forest, where grazing is prohibited due to fires that were caused in the region and because of the discovery of archaeological finds.
