Kalymnos Beach
Kalymnos beach is a stone’s throw from the beach Akti tou Kiverniti and is about 27 km away from the city of Limassol in the homonymous province of Cyprus.
In the wider region of Pentakomo you will find the easternmost beach of Limassol, where the landscape is reminiscent of the paradise shores of Milos Island. At beach Kalymnos small sandy coves are formed beneath the white cliffs, forming a peaceful oasis for the visitors.
The name of the beach Kalymnos is linked to the history of the sponge divers of the island of Kalymnos, who came to the island of Aphrodite for sponge diving and this is where they docked their vessels.
Today, Kalymnos beach has been awarded the Blue Flag, and also offers all the necessary facilities to the visitors. Access to this beach is easy, by any means of transportation.
