Geronissos Beach

Geronissos beach is located between the villages Mansoura and Mosfili in the district of Nicosia in Cyprus.

Geronissos beach stretches at a distance of about two kilometers and got its name (nissos in Greek means island) due to its shape that is reminiscent of an island. Although the beach is unorganized, Geronissos is still a favorite spot of the locals for fishing as it has deep and clear waters.
